RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION

Cancellation of Order before Dispatch

  1. Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company only if the Product supplied by the Company is seal pack, if your mind changes and the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered.
  2. If customer receives damaged or defective material the warranty is directly by manufacturer Marisa system online store / cartridge is not responsible for such reason.
  3. User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a \”Cancel Order\” request, by E-mail.
  4. If customer request to cancel the order or there’s a mistake from customer\’s behalf while ordering and customer asks for refund then as per our policy 10% plus processing fee and shipping charges will be deducted from total amount. and When the customers order is dispatched from our side and then if they ask for cancellation then as per refund policy 10% plus processing fee plus shipping charges will be deducted from full amount.
  5. If Marisa system Online store would not be able to Dispatch the product within 14 Working days and in near future if customer asks for refund, marisa system Online store Provide full amount of Refund.
  6. The User shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
  7. We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc Reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you are requested to send such products through any available courier services.
  8. The charges of return shipment are not refunded by us. The customer has to pay the charges from their side.
  9. If Courier opened by the customer and if he/she want to return the product than they cannot replace the product nor refund will be given to the customer according to our policy.
  10. You order Digital key (Activation key via email) from our online portal if any problem will be come during the activation then warranty is not form our side it is form manufacture so you have to contact them. In case cancellation of order of Digital key in that case We do not provide refund to the customer.

REFUND PROCEDURE

Credit Card 45days, Net Banking and Debit Card = 15 Days

We will process the refund after receipt of the product.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order processed through Credit card 45days and Debit card will reflect in the next 15 days in Bank statement.

Refund draft will be issued on the billing name as advised by customers.

  • If your refund doesn\’t appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact customer care for further assistance.

    

we will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are manufacturing damaged, defective, wrongly delivered & incomplete package. Subject to the product condition that we are informed about such discrepancies with immediate effect at the time of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations by Marisa System :

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with www.marissystem.co.in there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. 

Some of the situations that may result in your order being canceled include (but not limited to): 

  •     Product No Longer Available With our supplier Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
  •     Limitations On Quantities Available For Purchase
  •     Restrictions On Quantity Or Number Or Orders As Per T&C
  •     Inaccuracies or Errors In Product Or Pricing Or Promotion Information 
  •     Problems Identified By Our Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department
  •     Inaccurate or Insufficient Address
  •     Non-Serviceable Locations

At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as we can.

Cancellations by the Customer

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. (Handover to the courier).

Claim on Undelivered Orders –

If your order is not delivered within the time frame (Maximum within 20 days), please inform us so that we can check with the courier partner. We can not take action after this period because the courier company refuses to provides information about POD (Proof of Delivery). So we can not help you after 20 days from the date of dispatch/shipment.

Claim on broken Parcels –

You should not accept the defective/broken or damaged parcel from the courier person. Please reject the delivery if you think something is not good, you can inform us. Please do not accept the broken / the opened parcel from the courier person. It will be your responsibility to check the parcel carefully before taking delivery.

Claim on DOA Products –

  • if you have received a manufacturing defective or dead on arrival, you must inform us within 24-48 hours to get a replacement.
  • If you have not reported it then we will provide a warranty according mentioned on the product description page. In this case, we can not provide return pickup, or can not provide a replacement.

Return Policy:

How to process for Return:

You have 24-48 hours to inform us by contacting info@marisasystem.co.in for received damaged and defective items after delivery.

If your return request is approved then we will inform you with RMA No. and Return Shipping Address.

You have 15 days to return an item from the date you received it after informing us.

To be eligible for a return, it must meet the requirements below:

Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Item must be in the original packaging

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase or marisasystem.co.in order no. or transaction Id.

But

We can accept returns only if the item has a manufacturing defect.

You must mention RMA no. top of the parcel. [For example ( RMA#12345), where 12345 is your order no.].

We cannot do:

We cannot replace your current items with another item if the first item is not coming under any manufacturing defects. In this case, we will provide you with a tested replacement.

We cannot provide a refund if the item is not a manufacturing defect, in this case, we can replace it with the same product. In this case, a Return pickup service is not available.

Return Shipping cost is not refundable.

You may request a return for credit or replacement if:

1. You contact us at info@marisasystem.co.in within 7 days from the date of delivery. For government orders, the date of delivery is the date it is delivered to the Indian post office.

2. The item has not been physically damaged or modified. Physical damage during shipping is covered by shipping insurance. Please apply for a shipping insurance refund or courier service. Do not return for credit in this case.

3. The item was ordered online with a credit card / Debit card only.

4. * Shipping charges quoted at the time of final checkout are estimates based on the information you have supplied. Shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. The actual charge may vary due to the added weight of packaging material, the destination location, and the carrier. (For International Orders only)

Also:

1. For returns of all defective or incorrectly shipped items, if you contact us after 7 days of the date of delivery, but on or before 30 days, a 30% restocking fee will apply to the return.

2. For returns of all non-defective or incorrectly ordered products, you have 7 days from the date when you actually took delivery of the product, to get a valid RMA (Return merchant authorization) Number from us and get your product to a shipper to return back to us.

3. After 14 days, returns for refund are not accepted for all non-defective or incorrectly ordered products.

4. For returns of all non-defective, opened or incorrectly ordered products, we may charge 30% restocking fee.

5. We do not refund shipping charges in any condition.

6. Items designated as \”Special Order Only\” in the item description are not refundable.

Email to info@marisasystem.co.in and Include:

1. The date the package was delivered. (The date it was signed for)

2. Your invoice number.

3. Item part / SKU number.

4. Reason for return.

5. The machine it was intended to be used in.

6. The condition of the item.

When returning remember to:

1. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

2. Include a copy of the invoice.

3. Pack the returned part well, and use any antistatic packaging which came with the part.

4. Ensure the package is against loss or damage. (marisa system does not cover loss or damage of returned parts.)

5. Include a copy of the customer service email with the return, if any.

6. Ship your part back within 5 days of receiving the RMA number.

After the Return is Received at the Warehouse

1. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to arrive at our Returns Warehouse, delivery times vary based on the shipper / Courier Company selected. Your return will be processed within 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after receipt of the item.

2. Depending on the applicable policies above, you can request either a credit or a replacement when you return your product. If you request a credit, your original method of payment will be credited as soon as possible after your return is processed and approved. If you request a replacement product, your replacement order will be sent to fulfillment once your return is processed and approved. How quickly your replacement product ships after that depends on product availability.

3. We do not ship your replacement order before we receive your return (cross-ship). If you need a replacement sooner than the timeline outlined above, please place a new order on the website, independent of the returns process.

Refund Policy:

If your order is approved for a refund then your refund would be processed in the same way as you paid, For Example, if you paid us by direct cheque, then we will send you a cheque. if you paid by an online payment gateway then we will give you a refund by an online gateway which you will receive directly to your bank account. A direct refund in your bank account may take extra 3-4 days from Bankside.

You can ask bank customer care once we transfer the refund amount. We cannot provide any other way to refund your amount.

Refund Time:

Usually, we refund all approved orders within 5-7 working days, but sometimes it can time 7-15 days due to banking holidays or any system issue.
