Marisa System provides top class shipping or delivery services by DTDC Courier, Delhivery Surface, Delhivery Express, and Indian SpeedPost , India Post to all our customers; we provide services very fast and on-time delivery. We understand that once customers pay for the order, then the biggest question comes that “where is my order?” So we keep this question in our minds and do our work on a priority basis. Each order we receive will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Once your order will ship then we will provide your tracking information by email.
Shipping Mode
We ship all orders by registered and reputed Local and National courier services (DTDC Courier, Delhivery Surface, Delhivery Express, and Indian) with tracking numbers. We mostly use India Post (7- 15 Days Depend on Your location)
Delivery Time
Usually, all orders will deliver within 7-10days but sometimes this time maybe 7-15 days, depends on customer location or weather conditions. In Metro cities, we deliver orders within 3-6 business days. It’s also depends that which shipping service you are going to choose at the time of ordering.
But please keep remembering that Surface Courier / Logistic post will take 10-25 days to deliver the product to your home.
If we are unable to deliver your item due to no service area or out of stock items then we provide a full refund.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are may vary by location, and product weight. (Work in progress for real shipping cost)
But for now, we want to inform all customers that shipping charges showing on the website that is not real. We have mentioned FLAT average shipping charges for all Indian locations until we create a shipping system on our website. Shipping charges showing on the website also included our packing cost and handling cost.
Example
If someone places an order from Mumbai to Mumbai then he will pay Rs.150 where the actual shipping cost can be Rs.50. In the same way, if someone places the same order from Mumbai to Delhi then he also has to pay Rs.150 where the actual shipping cost can be Rs.250 or 350.

Wrong Location / Address:
The customer will be fully responsible for the wrong delivery due to the wrong address or pin-code. We cannot refund in this manner. So before payment please double check your shipping address and pin code. If it is delivered, due to a courier mistake or our proven mistake, then we will provide you a replacement order
Wrong Product Delivered
If any case you have received a wrong product, you should contact us within 24-48 hours by email, we request you to open the courier parcel with video recording so that you can submit proof of the delivery of the wrong item, if we ask.
Please Note: The delivery time-frame mentioned on product details is estimated. Actual delivery time depends upon the availability of the product, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues, and other circumstances that might affect delivery.
